SpeedBox 1.0 for Bosch (Smart System)

SpeedBox 1.0 is a reliable tuning solution designed for e-bikes equipped with the latest Bosch Gen4 motor and Smart System. It allows you to remove the factory speed limiter while maintaining essential ride data tracking.

Key Features & Performance

• Removes the default speed limiter for enhanced riding flexibility
• Compatible with Bosch Gen4 motors and Smart System
• Displays real speed accurately up to 22.2 km/h
• Above 22.2 km/h, actual speed is shown via coded display values
• Simple activation directly through the e-bike control unit

Speed Display Interpretation

When riding above 22.2 km/h, the display shows modified values. Actual speed can be interpreted as follows:

• 22.3 = 23 km/h actual speed
• 23.1 = 31 km/h actual speed

How SpeedBox 1.0 Works

• After installation, set the correct wheel circumference in the e-bike menu
• Activate tuning via WALK assist (hold the “-” button)
• Activation confirmation: display shows 9.9 km/h
• Deactivation: repeat the process (display shows 2.5 km/h)
• If WALK assist is not available:
  • Use button sequence: + - + -

Smart Countdown System

• Runs automatically after each ride to ensure accurate data processing
• Displayed as increasing riding time when the bike is stationary
• Once complete, correct distance is shown
• Can be interrupted, but regular completion is recommended to maintain proper functionality

Installation & Assembly

• Uses original connectors for secure and precise installation
• Plug-and-play setup with guided instructions and video support
• Easy removal and reinstallation when required
• Ride at least 1 km before activating tuning on a new bike

Important: Connect male and female connectors in the correct direction. Do not rotate connectors during installation.
