SpeedBox 3.0 for Haibike FLYON is a third-generation smart tuning chip designed to give riders full control over speed limits while maintaining accurate ride data. Built specifically for the Haibike FLYON model line, it delivers reliable performance and seamless integration.

How SpeedBox 3.0 Works

• Activate/deactivate tuning using button sequence:
  • → ← → ← (switch between assistance modes twice)
• Display briefly shows the selected speed limit
• Motor assistance continues up to the selected speed
• Deactivation resets speed limit to 25 km/h (display shows 25 rpm)

Custom Speed Limit Control

• Adjust speed using mode sequence:
  • EXTREME → HIGH → MID → LOW → MID → HIGH → EXTREME
• Display values correspond to speed limits:
  • 15 rpm = 15 km/h
  • 20 rpm = 20 km/h
  • 25 rpm = 25 km/h
  • 30 rpm = 30 km/h
  • 99 rpm = 99 km/h
• Speed can also be adjusted by rotating the rear wheel (~180°)
• Selected limit is automatically saved after inactivity

• Uses original connectors for accurate and secure installation
